“Chocolate” is a word that strikes the right cord of emotions and that is happiness. If there is anything that can make a grumpy, sad or just a person having a bad day feel way better, it is chocolate. Cocoa can ward off tooth decay
It is a common conception that chocolate is not good for our teeth since it contains sugar. Well, it is, but it doesn’t have to be. Pure cocoa can actually help prevent tooth decay.
Chocolate’s ability to deal with the microscopic crawlies living on the surface of your teeth is so effective that it might be added to toothpastes and mouthwashes one day— but obviously without the sugar.
Chocolate is literally chemical “LOVE”
One of the main constituents of Chocolate is a chemical called phenylethylamine. Phenylethylamine releases certain “pleasure” endorphins in the brain, which makes you feel good all over like the way feel when you are in love.
Chocolate inspired the Invention of Microwave.
A scientist working on WWII radar and weapons projects, happened to be a big fan of chocolate. After spending some time near a device called a magnetron, he noticed the chocolate bar he’d been keeping in his pocket had crumbled.
So he applied this observation and realized magnetrons might be able to heat up food at incredibly fast rates, and voilà, the microwave oven was born.
A chocolate river Exists
The famous chocolate river Augustus Gloop almost drowned in in the original Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factoryfilm was made 15,000 gallons of water mixed with chocolate and cream.
With all the cream, the river spoiled fairly quickly and the cast revealed it left a terrible smell.

7. The scientific name for the tree that chocolate comes from, Theobroma cacao, means “food of the gods.”
8. The largest chocolate bar ever weighed just over 5770 KG!
This humongous chocolate bar was created by Thorntons plc (UK) in Alfreton, Derbyshire, UK on 7 October 2011 and the ingredients were sugar, dried whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, butter oil, emulsifier.

9. White chocolate technically isn’t chocolate, but you probably already knew that.
Its main ingredient is cocoa butter, a pale yellow vegetable fat that comes from a cocoa bean but isn’t chocolate.
