People don’t usually leave an opportunity to comment on any certain music or songs, even if they haven’t listened to it ever! Ya, that’s right, that is how much crazy we are about music and when it comes to boasting about our music list collections. In the latter half of this punk revolution, we find a new type of independent musical taste building up. This is the independent rock of the underground that later came to be known as the Alternative rock songs. Many popular rock bands of modern days follow this genre, and till date, this is one of the most popular rock genres of all time. 10. Here Without You 3 Doors Down

3 Doors Down is an American rock band from Escatawpa, Mississippi, that formed in 1996. The band originally consisted of Brad Arnold (lead vocals/drums), Todd Harrell (bass), and Matt Roberts (lead guitar, backing vocals). They were soon joined by rhythm guitarist Chris Henderson. The band rose to international fame with their first single, “Kryptonite”, which charted in the top three on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Here Without You has released as a part of their second studio album: Away from the sun. It was released on 11 August 2003. The song is an exceptional combination of Rock style with free Music and soul capturing vocals by Brad Arnold.

5 Seconds of Summer (often abbreviated as 5SOS) is an Australian pop rock band from Sydney, New South Wales, formed in 2011. The group was originally YouTube celebrities, posting videos of themselves covering songs from various artists during 2011 and early 2012. They rose to international fame while touring with One Direction on their Take Me Home Tour.In early 2014, the band released “She Looks So Perfect” as its debut single, which topped the charts in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The Calling is an American rock band from Los Angeles, California formed in 1996 by lead singer Alex Band and guitarist Aaron Kamin. They are best known for its hit single, “Wherever You Will Go”, which topped the Adult Top 40 for 23 weeks, making it the second longest-running number one in the chart’s history and later named the number one song of the decade of 2000’s on the Adult Pop Charts by Billboard magazine. They were signed to Island Records from 2001 to 2012 and have released five albums and one extended play to date. Their sixth album, Push Pull, will be released on May 25, 2018. The band came to mainstream prominence in 2001 with the hit single “Hanging by a Moment” from their debut studio album, No Name Face.[1][2] The song was number one for three weeks on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart and peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts, and the single won a Billboard Music Award for Hot 100 Single of the Year, having spent twenty weeks in the top 10 and more than a year on the charts. Alecia Beth Moore (born September 8, 1979), known professionally as Pink (often stylized as P!nk), is an American singer, songwriter, dancer and actress. She was signed to her first record label with the original R&B girl group, Choice, in 1995. The label, LaFace Records, saw great potential in Pink, offering her a solo deal. Choice disbanded in 1998. Pink rose to prominence as an artist with her debut solo album Can’t Take Me Home (2000). It was certified double-platinum in the United States and spawned two US Billboard Hot 100 top-ten songs. The song was chosen as the third single from Pink’s sixth studio album, The Truth About Love (2012). Jeff Bhasker assisted the artists in writing the song and is also the producer. “Just Give Me a Reason” is a pop ballad about the desire to hold on to a relationship even when it appears to be breaking down

3. Never Say Never- The Fray

The Fray is an American rock band from Denver, Colorado. Formed in 2002 by schoolmates Isaac Slade and Joe King, they achieved success with the release of their debut album, How to Save a Life in 2005, which was certified double platinum by the RIAA and platinum in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK. The Fray achieved national success with their first single, “Over My Head (Cable Car)”, which became a top ten hit in the United States. The release of their second single, “How to Save a Life”, brought the band worldwide fame. “Never Say Never” was released as the second single from the album. The song peaked at No. 32 on the Hot 100 chart and at No. 10 on the Hot Adult Top 40 Tracks chart while internationally it failed to match the success of “You Found Me”. The song was used in the pilot episode as well as in the series finale episode and the pre-finale special of the television series, the Vampire Diaries.

Amnesia” is a song by Australian rock band 5 Seconds of Summer, taken from their self-titled debut album 5 Seconds of Summer (2014). The mellow pop-rock slow jam was announced as a new single during a live stream by the band on 1 July 2014 and was released to American contemporary hit radio as the third single from the album on 15 July 2014. A lyric video was produced for the song. Filmed in Los Angeles, it was posted on the official Vevo and YouTube channel of the band on 2 July 2014, at midnight, after their live stream. The video, focuses on a bedroom, though in some scenes, the members of the band appear in a close-up. During the whole video, the lyrics are projected in the room or on the members’ faces.

Hurts are an English synth-pop duo formed in Manchester in 2009, consisting of singer Theo Hutchcraft and multi-instrumentalist Adam Anderson. Their first two albums, Happiness and Exile, both reached the top 10 in several countries. Happiness is the debut studio album by English synthpop duo Hurts, released on 27 August 2010 by RCA Records. It was preceded by the release of the singles “Better Than Love” on 23 May 2010 and “Wonderful Life” on 22 August 2010.
