TVF CEO Arunabh Kumar just stepped down from his position as an aftermath of the sexual harassment allegations against him.
The Founder of the Digital Media Company, TVF went to twitter on Friday to announce his resignation along with a letter explaining this action and also that he is passing on the position to Dhawal Gusain who will be the new CEO of TVF.

“In the wake of the recent personal attacks, what really breaks me is the blemish on the brand’s true promise. I, therefore have taken the decision to step down as the CEO of TVF.” said Kumar in the letter.
Announcing this transition, Kumar said in the letter, “ I transition from this role knowing TVF is in safe hands, handing over the reigns to Dhawal Gusain, who will take the mantle as the CEO of TVF. Dhawal has a strong business acumen, and together with our leadership team, will keep working tirelessly to scale TVF to greater heights…”
Looking back at his start as an entrepreneur, he states ” I started my entrepreneurial journey with a passion to entertain people with great stories and my dream was to make an Indian Content company to match up the likes of Disney and HBO.”
The Sexual Harassment cases against Arunabh Kumar began after an anonymous blogger on medium spoke about Kumar harassing multiple women sexually.
